We're trying out a new way of chronicling our days. It's going to be a little different than our old facebook school page ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/295445790925012/ ) But we hope it makes things more accessible, and in the long run, enjoyable. In this first post I'll give a quick nod to the pages, and then jump into a little sharing of our day. This page, the Tea Tales, will be daily, weekly and seasonal musings, written by me (Miri), whenever I catch that snuggly, comforting bug to write. I'm hoping to keep up with posting regularly (I always say that :) ), and offer a place where you can grab a cozy cup, and read about what we're up to, and how we're doing. The Fairy Lessons page, is going to have all things schooling-related: what we're using, what we love, how we do things, what we've used in the past...anything and everything along those lines. I love so much to peek into the windows of how others go about their days and make their way on these kinds of adventures. I'll try to open little doors into ours for you all there. The Snail Shares is all about the kiddos, brought to you by the kiddos. Little things, special things, magical things, that they'll be popping in to talk and show about with everyone. Treasured finds, lively puzzle pieces, song snippets, bug adventures. All their sweetness and sillyness. ... And that's it. We hope that you'll like the new space, and thanks for visiting us! I'll end with a little post today. Just a wink to get us started, because I've held off so long just, so silly-y, because I'm terrible at beginnings: Today the suggestion on our nature calendar was to go on a bug hunt, and we found the sweetest little ladybug. We always see so many of them at the season changes, and with this past week of unusually chilly weather, this one seemed to be out and about and as happy to see the sun as we were.
