Fairy Lessons
What we're currently using on our journey:
Wildwood Curriculum
Is our main resource. We truly love it.
I'll be honest and admit we've never quite achieved being on top of every subject at once yet, but it sure gives us a beautiful challenge!
We've just begun our our fifth year- Form 2A Lower. You can find the page and resource list for it here:
https://wildwoodcurriculum.org/form-ii-ages-9-12/form-iia-lower/
For our Writing/Grammar and Math choices, we use Fixit Grammar, Sequential Spelling, and Math U See. We also use SolfaSofa for singing.
*A few places we deviate from what's listed at Wildwood:
Geography- in addition to Nils for form 2, we're using All Over the Map (https://nationalgeographicpartners.com/2018/11/all-over-the-map-book/), Carmen San Diego (https://www.carmensandiego.com/resources/), and World Games-
https://world-geography-games.com/world.html
Drawing and Work-we use various youtube tutorials that catch our heart each week. We tend to favor watercolor and knitting/sewing/felting
HearthMagic resources on Etsy
for such a dear, ongoing sprinkling of beauty and inspiration. We've been longtime users of her art, literature guides, festival resources, circle times, and home rhythm helpers. We're currently in the midst of her Hobbit Guide, and in love!
Twelve Little Tales
for Monthly Tales, Storytelling prompts, and all the magical extras included

.Ukelele with Jodie Mesler of Living Music
The kids have gone through her sweet Pennywhistle and Pentatonic Piano courses previously. She's been our musical foundation for years, and we're so grateful for her.
We're also using Hoffman Academy for Piano lessons
Sewing Circle projects by Natalie Trusler
As our handwork inspiration. She makes such delightful little things :)
The kids have been joining me on my sewing journey lately and it's been a treat of company and creating together

The Little Round Schoolhouse
for daily circle/story/ weekly field trips, and monthly crafting
Yep :) The kids are 10 and 11, and I'm 35, and we still so, so much adore this <3
Never too old for a story sweetly told to you each morning. Never.

For extra Nature-y Goodness:
(This is one of our most favorite things :) )
Wonder-Filled Days
This is a monthly calendar that offers daily nature tasks/challenges for the kids to look up, make and do. It even comes with little printable stickers to track your progress, and journal pages. We really enjoy it. It's such a perfect little sprinkling.
OurWestward Journey
A bi-weekly live/recorded nature class that dives into a different topic each time, with discussion and drawing. I don't think there's been a class we haven't enjoyed thoroughly yet, and it's built up the kids' passion for nature journal pages tremendously.
Harbor and Sprout
(previously Firefly Nature School-we're trying a new sub this year in its place)
A monthly ebundle of a specialized topic, with lovely printables and activities. Harbor and Sprout isn't specifically nature focused, but includes many science and nature-related ideas
WilderChild's Full Moon club
It offers a bunch of stories, some recipes, crafts, and a playlist for each moon.
For Second and Third languages:
We're continuing Korean with our local Korean School, and Umma and Appa and Dad
and are learning Latin this year, from a local friend-Mama
*Over the summer, and in between Latin terms we've been doing the Spanish Circle times at https://www.waldorfinspiredspanish.com/, and they are so cute. Some of our handwork and art ideas come from here too!
What we've used and loved in the past coming soon!
